To permanently remove your account please click on this link:https://www.diggz.co/profile/edit#deleteprofile, or log in and go to the very bottom of the 'edit profile' page.Then just click on the 'Delete Account' button and follow the next few steps.

If you have issues logging in, forgot your email, how you signed up or initiated the app removal via facebook, you can also contact us via email to request account deletion and we will process your request within 30 days or less. 

Please keep in mind that once you permanently delete your account, all information and account history will be deleted for good.

If you plan to be roommate hunting in the future, you can simply hide your profile and make your account inactive. Remember, you will not receive any new messages if you aren’t active but you can still view your profile, browse or chat with existing matches.
