Can't register with my Apple ID

If you previously created a Diggz account using Sign in with Apple and later deleted that profile, you may not be able to register again with the same Apple ID. Even though your old Diggz profile was removed, Apple may still be blocking the new signup attempt.

To fix this, you simply need to remove Diggz from your Apple ID settings.

How to Fix It

Follow these steps to allow Apple to treat your next login as a brand-new signup:

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Password & Security

  4. Select Apps Using Apple ID

  5. Choose Diggz

  6. Tap Stop Using Apple ID

On Mac

  1. Open System Settings

  2. Click your name / Apple ID

  3. Go to Password & Security

  4. Click Apps Using Apple ID

  5. Select Diggz and choose Stop Using Apple ID

After completing these steps, go back to Diggz and sign up again using Sign in with Apple. Apple will now issue a fresh login and you will be able to create a new account.
