How long will my room listing stay active?

Your listing will remain active on Diggz as long as the move-in date is current or upcoming.

📅 Listings stay live based on the Available Date

For example, If your listing is marked as available starting in October, it will continue to appear in search results until around November of that year, giving it a little extra exposure in case you're still looking. We automatically factor in a grace period to keep relevant listings visible for slightly longer.

💤 Inactive listings may lose visibility

If your move-in date is far in the past, or you posted a listing early and then stopped using your account, then your listing might still be searchable, but:

• Inactive accounts gradually receive less visibility.

• Eventually, your listing will fall off search results altogether (though it won't be deleted).

✅ Keep it fresh

Still looking for roommates or tenants? Just make sure:

• Your move-in date is current or upcoming

• You’re logging in and actively engaging with messages or likes

Staying active helps keep your listing visible and matched with the most relevant prospects.
