Can I list more than one room or property?

Yes! You can now list up to 3 rooms for free with your Diggz account, as long as the rooms are in the same household or property.

Creating a separate listing for each room is especially helpful when they have different prices, move-in dates, lease terms, amenities, or photos. Each active room can appear separately in search results, giving your available rooms more visibility.

To add or manage rooms, go to Manage Listings from the menu and select + Add Another Room. You can also hide a room when it’s unavailable and reactivate it later without recreating the listing.

Have rooms in multiple properties or locations? The 3-room feature currently only supports rooms within the same household. If you own or operate multiple properties, we offer Pro accounts designed for larger inventories. Reach out to us to apply for a pro account: partnership form
