If you are having issues login in, please follow these steps:- Identify what method of sign up you used. You'll have to log in the same way you signed up. If you signed up with Facebook, Apple, Gmail you'll need to log in the same way. If you signed up with your phone, that will be the log in method as well.
- Search for emails in your email accounts from us ("Diggz"). This will help you eliminate some options (for example your Facebook associated email might be different than your day to day email account).
- If you signed up with your email, and you cannot log in, try resetting your password. Follow the steps in the email and reset your password.
- If you tried to reset your password, and haven't received an email, please check your Junk / Spam folders. Otherwise, you might have not signed up with that email, or perhaps you had a typo when signing up initially.
- If you still running into problems, please reach out to us and include the URL of your profile, or the email associated with your account (confirmed with an any email received by us). We'll be able to identify how you signed up.
