When you send out an inquiry via the 'Contact Agent' button, an inquiry will be sent out to the respective agent for that apartment including your information such as budget, move in date and contact info. They will follow up directly with you via email or phone to confirm availability (apartments are taken off the market at a very fast rate sometimes) and schedule a time to view it.
