Diggz enables you to see potential roommates with whom you share a social connection (either they are your friends, or they share mutual friends with you). In order to enjoy this feature you must be either signed up via Facebook, or have verified your account with Facebook through the "Edit Profile" page.
Once you have a Facebook enabled profile, you will see a new filter on the browse page, which will let you filter for users with a social connection only.
